# Gear Score

> The **Gear Score** represents the overall power of your equipment on the server.\
> The higher your score, the more your character unlocks advanced content, improves performance, and accesses high-level challenges.

## What is Gear Score?

The Gear Score is a value automatically calculated based on several elements of your equipment:

* Equipment quality
* Refine level
* Equipped cards

Each equipped piece contributes to your total score.

## Why increase your Gear Score?

Gear Score allows:

* Access certain instances
* Participate in certain events
* Improve your overall power
* Unlock exclusive rewards
* Track your character progression

## How to increase your Gear Score?

### 1. Refinement

Improving the refinement of your equipment greatly increases your score.

| Refine | Approximate gain  |
| ------ | ----------------- |
| +7     | Small bonus       |
| +8     | Significant bonus |
| +9     | Very high bonus   |
| +10    | Major bonus       |

Highly refined equipment becomes much more powerful.

## Equipment quality

The equipment has different levels of quality:

| Grade     | Rarity      |
| --------- | ----------- |
| Normal    | Common      |
| Advanced  | Uncommon    |
| Elite     | Rare        |
| Epic      | Very rare   |
| Legendary | Outstanding |

High grade equipment offers:

* Better statistics
* Greater upgrade potential
* A higher Gear Score

## Cards & MVP Cards

Cards also increase your score:

* Normal cards → small bonus
* Mini-boss cards → medium bonus
* MVP Cards → massive bonus

MVP Cards are particularly important in endgame optimization.

| ----------- | -------------------- |
| 0 → 500     | Beginner             |
| 500 → 1500  | Intermediate         |
| 1500 → 3000 | Advanced             |
| 3000 → 5000 | Endgame              |
| 5000+       | Maximum optimization |

### Start of game

Focus on:

* +7 refine
* Basic equipment
* Basic cards

### Mid Game

Seek to obtain:

* Elite/Epic equipment
* +8/+9 refine
* Specialized cards (Tiers 2/3/4)

### End Game

Optimize:

* The MVP Cards
* Refines +9/+10
* Specialized builds
