# Party Synergy

The **Group Synergy** system rewards adventurers who play as a team.

Certain classes provide a passive bonus to other group members when they are present on the same map.

### How it works

Bonuses are applied automatically to eligible group members.

Each bonus is **unique**: having several characters of the same class does not combine the effect.

For a bonus to be active, the class that provides it must be:

* In the same group
* Connected
* Alive
* Present on the same map
* **3 valid players**, each with a **different IP**

The class that provides a bonus **never benefits from its own bonus**.

**Example:** a Lord Knight grants **STR +10** to other group members, but does not receive this bonus himself.

Synergies are automatically recalculated when a member:

* Join or leave the group
* Change map
* Dies or resurrections
* Log in or out

### Anti-Multi-Account Protection

In order to promote real team play, the system verifies the identity of each customer.

Characters sharing the same identity **Gepard Shield** are considered to belong to the same player and cannot activate synergies.

#### Important

An IP or Account ID exception **never** bypasses Gepard verification.

Two characters with the same `unique_id` Gepard will always be considered multi-account.

### Disabled Zones

Synergy bonuses are disabled in the following areas:

* PvP
* Battlegrounds
* War of Emperium
* GvG zones
* GvG Castles
* GvG Dungeons

### Class Bonuses

| Sage / Professor                   | Reduces after-cast delay by 10%.     |
| Blacksmith / Whitesmith            | ASPD +3%                             |
| Alchemist / Creator                | Maximum weight +1000                 |
| Hunter/Sniper                      | HIT +7                               |
| Rogue/Stalker                      | FLEE +7                              |
| Assassin / Assassin Cross          | CRIT +10                             |
| Bard / Clown / Dancer / Gypsy      | Cast time -10%                       |
| Super Novice                       | STR / AGI / VIT / INT / DEX / LUK +3 |
| Ninja / Kagerou / Oboro            | INT +5                               |
| Gunslinger / Rebellion             | AGI +10                              |
| Taekwon / Star Gladiator           | Basic attack power +10               |
| Soul Linker                        | Max HP +5% and Max SP +5%            |

### Example

A group composed of:

* 1 Lord Knight
* 1 High Priest
* 1 Sniper
* 1 teacher

will automatically benefit from the following bonuses:

* STR +10
* SP Regeneration +10%
* HIT +7
* INT +5

However:

* The **Lord Knight** does not receive the **STR +10** bonus it provides.
* The **High Priest** does not receive the **SP Regeneration +10%** bonus it provides.
* The **Sniper** does not receive the **HIT +7** bonus it provides.
* The **Professor** does not receive the **ACD -10%** bonus he provides.

Each bonus only benefits other group members.

If a second Sniper joins the group, the **HIT +7** bonus is not increased, because synergy bonuses cannot be combined.

### Tips

Try to compose varied groups in order to benefit from maximum synergies.

A balanced team will benefit from more bonuses and will generally be more effective in dungeons, instances and encounters against MVP.

### ⚠️ Players from the same household

We know that multiple players can share the same Internet connection.

For this reason, exceptions may be granted so that multiple players using the same IP can benefit from synergies normally.
