# Server Rules

### Acceptance of the rules

By playing on **LunaticRO**, you agree to respect all server rules. These rules aim to guarantee a fair gaming experience as well as an enjoyable community for all players.

## Respect and behavior

* Respect other players as well as staff members.
* Harassment, insults, discrimination, defamation and false accusations are prohibited.
* Racism, xenophobia, homophobia or any other form of discrimination have no place on the server.
* It is prohibited to impersonate a player or staff member.
* Do not solicit staff to obtain benefits, items or rewards.
* Issues involving staff or a player must be handled privately with administration.
* Any public discussion regarding conflicts with staff may result in sanctions.

## Chat and community spaces

* Use French or English in public channels.
* It is prohibited to advertise other servers, games, websites or services.
* It is prohibited to deliberately disrupt other players or organized events.
* Repeated Kill Stealing and targeted harassment of a player are considered offenses.

## Commerce and transactions

* Transactions for real money (RMT) are strictly prohibited.
* Exchanges between LunaticRO and other games or servers are prohibited.
* Any illegal commercial activity via the server is prohibited.

## Exploits, bugs and third-party software

* It is prohibited to exploit a bug, error or flaw in the game, website or forum.
* Any bugs discovered should be reported to the server team immediately.
* It is prohibited to publicly share information allowing a vulnerability to be exploited.
* The use of bots, cheats, automated macros or third-party programs is prohibited.
* Macros are completely prohibited on LunaticRO.

## Zero Tolerance Policy

The use of third-party programs or the deliberate exploitation of bugs may result in permanent banning, even in the event of ignorance of the rules.

## Account security

* Attempting to obtain another player's login information is prohibited.
* Scams and attempted fraud are prohibited.
* You are entirely responsible for your account and your items.
* Account sharing is at your own risk.
* The administration is not required to return items or Zeny lost following voluntary account sharing.

## Site and community content

* It is prohibited to reuse the content of the site, wiki or forum without prior authorization from the administration.

## Sanctions

| Lack of respect towards staff     | Warning → Jail → Ban |

### Abuse of skills

Examples:

* Use Ice Wall to block a player.
* Intentionally replacing certain buffs in order to harm another player.
* Use support skills to prevent other players from killing monsters.

### Inappropriate names

### Server harassment

Intentionally spreading false information with the aim of harming the server or its community.

**Sanction: Permanent ban.**

### Illegal trade

* RMT (Real Money Trade)
* Inter-server exchanges
* Inter-game exchanges
* Sale or purchase of accounts

### Bug exploitation

The intentional use of a bug or exploit to gain an unfair advantage.

### Identity theft

Impersonating a staff member or another player in order to deceive the community.

### Third-party software

The use of:

* Bots
* Cheat Engine
* Automation programs
* Unauthorized client modifications

will result in a **permanent account ban**.

## GRF modifications permitted

The following modifications are permitted:

* Gray Map / Gray Tiles
* Big Card Sprite
* Giant Mob Sprite
* Chibi Fashion Sprite

Any other modification likely to offer an unfair advantage may be refused by the administration.

## Report an offense

If you witness an infraction:

* Take a screenshot or video.
* Contact a member of staff.
* Provide all necessary evidence.

The LunaticRO team reserves the right to modify these rules at any time in order to preserve the balance of the server and the well-being of its community.
