# Guild Recruitment

### **🛡️**Find the guild that suits you

The **Guild Recruitment** system allows guilds to recruit new members directly in-game, without going through Discord or public chat channels.

Guild Masters can post a recruitment ad, while players can view available guilds and submit their application in just a few clicks.

### For Guild Masters

#### Post an ad

Only the **Guild Master** can register his guild on the recruitment board.

When registering, several criteria can be selected:

#### Activities sought

* WoE / PvP / PvE

The same guild can recruit for several activities simultaneously.

#### Recruitment message

You can also add a personalized message:

Examples:

* Active player recruitment / WoE oriented guild / Discord required / Beginners accepted / Looking for Priest and Bard / etc.

#### Edit your ad

The Guild Master can return at any time to modify the activities sought, change their recruitment message, update their guild information or delete the ad.

### For gamers

The table displays the guilds currently recruiting.

For each guild, you can consult:

* The name of the guild / the name of the Guild Master / the activities sought / the recruitment message.

### Submit an application

If you are interested in a guild:

1. Open his file.
2. Click **Apply**.
3. Write your application.
4. Validate the sending.

### **🔊** Automatic notification to Guild Master

When an application is sent:

* It is saved in the database.
* The Guild Master automatically receives a message via RODEX\*\*.

For each candidate, the following information is displayed:

* Character name.
* Class.
* Basic level.
* Job level.
* Personal message.

### Response from the Guild Master

The Guild Master can:

#### Accept

The application is validated.

The player automatically receives a RODEX letter informing him of acceptance.

If the player is logged in, a guild invitation is immediately sent.

If the player is offline, the invitation will be offered the next time they log in.

#### Refuse

The player also receives a RODEX letter informing him that his application was not accepted.

### Application tracking

Each player can view their application history directly from NPC.

The different possible statuses are:

| Status     | Meaning                                |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------- |
| On hold    | The Guild Master has not yet responded |
| Accepted   | The application has been validated     |
| Refused    | The application was not accepted       |
| Integrated | The player joined the guild            |
